  I just spent 53:07 minutes on the phone. My call was answered after 48 minutes on hold. The associate put me on hold again to "review my return." She came back to tell me that my refund was all set and I should receive it within the next 2 weeks. Translation: We don't have money and we hope that people never call in to see why there is an issue. Last year, it took RI 10 months to get our return out to us. I have had problems with receiving my refund each and every year that I lived in RI. Glad I have left the state and won't have to deal with them again.

  I waited on hold for 3 minutes and then spoke with Barbara regarding the status of a clients refund. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A very positive experience.

  7 months for $200 return and still waiting. Complete and utter incompetence or flat out stealing my return.

  PATHETIC. I have been trying to get a letter of good standing for months. Anytime I get through, I am transferred back and forth and no one can answer a simple question. Usually, my call is not answered and after waiting on hold there is a message saying sorry we can't assist you goodbye. A number of times I have received conflicting information. What a waste of time.
